The value of Serbian exports and imports increased in January 2019. According to the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, the exports amounted to around EUR 1.19 billion, which translates to 3% more than in January 2018, whereas the imports hiked by 11.5% to EUR 1.65 billion.
The total foreign trade value was increased by 7.8% to EUR 2.84 billion. The trade deficit reached EUR 466.7 million, which is an increase of 40.9%.
