The US destroyer “Donald Cook” arrived on Monday at the Georgian port of Batumi to participate in joint exercises of the naval forces of both countries, the Coast Guard of the Caucasian country reported.
“The US vessel will remain in the territorial waters of Georgia until January 25 and will participate in joint exercises with members of the Coast Guard (Georgian),” the agency said in a statement.
