The Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA) signed a Cooperation Agreement with the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), on 13 November, to promote maritime arbitration, as an effective solution of maritime disputes.
Under the Agreement, SCMA and CMAC will cooperate to promote Singapore and China as two seats of maritime arbitration through joint conferences and programs.
