Maersk enhances service connecting North Europe with India

Danish ocean carrier Maersk has decided to upgrade its ME2 container service with the addition of port calls to key destinations in North Europe.

Yang Ming has announced the upcoming implementation of a revamp service set-up for its Far East – East Coast of South America (FE-ECSA) network.

Diamond Line, a feeder and short sea carrier, is expanding its NET2 service loop, initially established in 2017 using standard Panamax vessels.

Major container lines jointly launch Asia – East Coast South America service

Five of the largest ocean carriers are cooperating to introduce a new service connecting important ports in Asia with the East Coast of South America.

In particular, CMA CGM, COSCO, OOCL, Evergreen and PIL will jointly launch the new service on the Asia-Latin America trade in May.

Hapag-Lloyd removes Navegantes from ECX rotation, introduces new Brazil feeder service

German ocean carrier Hapag-Lloyd has announced changes in the Europe East Coast Express (ECX) service.

From mid-April until further notice, Hapag-Lloyd said the vessels deployed on the ECX service will be omitting the port of Navegantes in Brazil.
