Pipelay for Nord Stream 2 Starts in Finland

The offshore pipelay vessel Solitaire started the pipelay for the Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline in the Gulf of Finland on Wednesday.

Goldman: Non-Compliance Will Provide HFO Demand Post-2020

In a report released this week, Goldman Sachs suggested that non-compliance and the use of scrubbers will substantially reduce the shift to low-sulfur fuel after the IMO 2020 sulfur cap takes effect.
