According to an article published in Seatrade-Maritime News, CSSC Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding announced it has inked a contract with Petronas for the construction of two LNG carriers.
Designed for coastal areasThe two 79,900 cu m LNG carriers, in 239 meters length, 36.6 meters width, are designed to be able to sail in coastal areas in Southeast Asia and the river areas in Pearl River, Yangtze River and Huangpu River, which will be used for LNG projects in Malaysia when delivered.
