The Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr. Dakuku Peterside, stated on the judgement of the Federal High Court in the case regarding Seadrill Mobile Unit Nigeria Limited and the Federal Ministry of Transportation (FMOT).
